MLB has seen future superstars get called up to the major leagues.

It has become a league where many young players can dominate in their first few years.

Entering this season the two top prospects in baseball were Gunnar Henderson and Corbin Carroll.

Both have taken the league by storm in their rookie seasons.

According to MLB Pipeline, Henderson and Carroll were named AL and NL Players of the Week.

Both the players have had different seasons entering the last week.

Carroll has been one of the best players in baseball while Henderson has struggled.

Still, this past week they both showed what made them elite prospects.

Carroll batted .500 last week with three home runs, eight RBI and three stolen bases.

He continues to play as one of the best players in baseball.

Carroll is also a major reason the D-Backs are tied for the best record in the NL.

Henderson has had his best week this season, as he seems to be finally settling in.

The 21-year-old batted .526 with three home runs and six RBI.

Through the first two months of the season, Henderson batted .201 with five home runs.

But since the beginning of June, he has been a different player.

He is hitting .458 with four home runs so far in June.

Both Carroll and Henderson are showing why they will be superstars of the future.

It will be fun to watch both of these players progress in their MLB careers.
