Tiger Woods’ ex, Erica Herman, is spilling the tea over their split — and it sounds really dramatic.
The couple was first linked back in 2017 after reportedly meeting when Erica was working at Tiger’s restaurant, but they parted ways earlier this year.
The very private couple’s breakup was only made public in March 2023 after Erica filed a lawsuit asking for the NDA to be removed from when they first started dating, based on a law that prohibits sexual harassment. Allows exceptions for victims of
In response to that lawsuit, Tiger’s attorney called Erica’s position “wholly without merit” and said she was a “hesitating ex-girlfriend” who was “making ludicrous and insidious implications.”
Erica reportedly first filed a lawsuit in December 2022, claiming she was owed $30 million because Tiger violated an “oral agreement” regarding their living arrangements when He had thrown her out of their house during their partition.
Now, in new documents obtained by PEOPLE, Erica is claiming that Tiger actually broke up with her through his lawyer after pretending to meet her at the airport to go on vacation with her.
In legal filings, Erica’s attorney alleges that Tiger set up a “scheme,” asking her to meet him at the airport on a private plane for a spontaneous trip to the Bahamas — and then driving her to his attorney. directed and left.
Tiger’s lawyer reportedly told Erica that she would not be allowed back into the home she shared with Tiger before attempting to “force her to agree to a non-disclosure and arbitration agreement”. His “proceeded to insult.”
“When [Tiger] Unsatisfied with their sexual relationship, he tricked her into leaving the house, locked her outside, took her cash, pets and personal possessions, and tried to coerce her into signing a separate NDA,” Erica’s lawyers said in the documents.
He continued, “Now, he wants to deny her access to the courts and put the matter into secret arbitration, based on a highly redacted document that it claims is a contract between them.”
Tiger has since disputed the claims through his lawyer and is awaiting a judge’s decision on whether to dissolve the NDA.
Neither Tiger nor Erica, who have no social media presence, have made any public statements about their relationship.
