today morningHolly Willoughby enjoyed an incredible weekend at Glastonbury with her husband Dan Baldwin and friends, and now she has opened up about the experience that made her “feel like 20 years old again”.
Writing in his Wild Moon newsletter, which he delivered to his subscribers a day late due to recovering from his weekend, the 42-year-old presenter also admitted he danced like “mad” during “three wonderful days” and detailed why watching Elton John’s set on Sunday was so special to her and her husband of 15 years.
Holly begins her newsletter by apologizing for the delay in her weekly update. She wrote, “Hello, how are you feeling today? I’m sorry I’m a day late with this newsletter, but I went to Glastonbury for the first time in years and made the most of every minute.”

He continued, “What is it about going to a festival that makes you feel 20 years old again? There is something so freeing about it…as if you have entered a world that frees you from life’s worries.” And encourages us to leave responsibilities at the door and move on.” Your hair fell out. I spent three amazing days with incredible friends, listening to some of the best musicians on the planet – and dancing like crazy while at the same time.”
Holley talked about some of the headlining acts, such as Lewis Capaldi, admitting that “the crowd singing for Lewis Capaldi on Saturday was probably one of the most touching moments of the weekend.”

On Elton’s set, Holly admitted that it was “very humbling” to be part of the crowd watching his farewell show. She added, “‘I Guess That’s Why They Call It the Blues’ is a special song to Dan and me and when I think back to all the moments we listened to together, I get nostalgic . pure magic.”
In his final words about the festival, Holley admitted that he had watched all the sets until late at night to be able to enjoy the moon “moving through its phases”, and all the dancing and staying up late. It certainly had consequences, as Holly acknowledged upon her return this morning.
On Tuesday, the mother of three felt a sore throat and when questioned about it by her co-star Craig Doyle, Holly admitted: “I blame Elton John for it,” the 42-year-old joked. said, “Because, did you see him on stage? It was so wonderful […] The whole weekend was incredible, but to end this moment – and I knocked my socks off – and now I feel like that.”
