With Game 1 of the NBA Finals in the books with a dominant performance by the Denver Nuggets, things are getting blown a little out of proportion, with every statistic being analyzed nonstop.

Yes, two-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokic recorded another triple-double and easily dominated the Miami Heat.

Jokic has dominated the contest, showcasing his impressive skills and will cement his legacy as one of the greatest players of all time if the Nuggets win the title.

However, the trolling is getting out of hand with the ridiculous stats coming out from Game 1.

Basketball Reference is the latest to join in the fun, saying the Nuggets have the best winning percentage in NBA Finals history.

Jokes aside, the Nuggets are on pace to win the first NBA title in franchise history, with the team playing exceptional team basketball and not missing a beat after nine days of rest between the Western Conference Finals and the NBA Finals.

Even if the Heat can’t be counted out in this series after what Jimmy Butler and company have been able to accomplish throughout the playoffs so far, the Nuggets look nearly unbeatable at this point and will look to continue to play that level. Might be able to unless there’s an injury or two.

On Sunday, the Finals will begin in Denver, with the Nuggets hoping to take a 2-0 lead in the series before the series shifts to Miami for Game 3 and Game 4.
