The Golden State Warriors were dominated by the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 6.

The team was unable to hit shots when it mattered most and struggled with consistency for most of the series.

Klay Thompson is in that group as he struggled a lot in the last three games of this series.

It was a very bad series for Thompson. He struggled to find any kind of rhythm.

Many believed that Thompson was applying too much pressure.

Thompson denied this and said that his shots simply did not fall.

It is now being reported that Thompson could be asked by the Warriors to take a pay cut on his next contract extension.

Similar to Thompson, Jordan Poole was another player who struggled in the series, recording more fouls than field goals in the final five games of the series.

This is shocking, but it also shows that Poole is not the same player as he was last year.

There is a lot of question mark over the future of Warriors now.

Steve Kerr admitted that this was not a championship group, especially after everything they had endured during the season.

The Lakers season has seen the opposite as they are now looking like a team that can win an NBA Championship.
