Penny Lancaster clearly loves spending time with her loved ones and sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of her blended family life.

The model and TV presenter shared the sweetest picture of her husband Sir Rod Stewart’s youngest grandchildren on Instagram on Wednesday.
