Paul Walker’s brother Cody names newborn son after late sibling
According to the outlet, on April 30, Paul Barrett “Bear” Walker was born weighing 7 pounds, four ounces.
Just one day after the baby was born, the couple named the boy after Cody’s brother, the late actor Paul Walker. He said that it is important for him to carry forward the name.
He said that the name “Paul Walker” has been in his family for four generations.
“Within the family, he went by ‘Little Paul’ or ‘Paul 4,’ even though he quickly surpassed our father in height. It was important to me to carry that name forward.

Cody and Felicia reportedly avoided knowing the sex of the baby until the birth. He did the same with his other two children.
Cody, who lives with his family in Arizona, remembered the moment his son was born on nearly the 10th anniversary of Paul Walker’s death, he told People.
Cody said, “This November will mark ten years since we lost our brother Paul and I thought now was an appropriate time.”
Additionally, he explained that he and Paul’s other brother, Caleb, now have children.
Cody on FuelFest, continues to donate to brother Paul’s nonprofit
Meanwhile, Cody and brother Paul’s former Fast & Furious co-stars Tyrese Gibson and Chris Lee are honoring the late actor at FuelFest.
A portion of the proceeds from the car and motorsports festival will go directly to Reach Out Worldwide, a non-profit Paul founded in January 2010.
Cody calls the organization an important “part of Paul that he left behind”.
“It’s important for so many people to see that part of his legacy live on,” he told People. “Since Paul’s passing, ROWW has continued to assist communities in natural disaster areas in 13 countries, with more than 79 deployments and more than 63,000 volunteer hours.”
Paul died in a single-vehicle collision on November 30, 2013, while a passenger in a speeding car. Her father and daughter have since filed separate wrongful death lawsuits against Porsche, which resulted in the settlement.
