Lizzo brought juice to the 2023 Met Gala. After walking the pearl-encrusted steps at the Metropolitan Museum on Monday evening, the “Special” singer, 35, surprised guests with a performance at the Temple of Dendur — and of course, she brought Sasha’s flute with her.

Vogue shared an Instagram video of Lizzo’s performance the next day, which shows the superstar glowing in a disco-inspired ensemble. “I’m your entertainment tonight,” Lizzo tells viewers in the clip. “I hope we’re feeling okay. How often are you asked, ‘How are you feeling? How are you really feeling?'”

According to the publication, Lizzo played an instrumental of her hit “Truth Hurts”, after which she sang “Cuz I Love You” and “Good as Hell”. He created a lovely duet of “Flight of the Bumblebee” with Irish flute player Sir James Galway. She closed the night with performances of “Juice” and “About Damn Time”.

After the star-studded event, Lizzo changed her look for the Met Gala afterparty with a blonde wig and shimmery gold gown.
