Although it would be safe to assume that Vembanayama would have a lot of success in his first season with the Spurs, the 7’5″ superstar may find it a bit difficult to make the All-Star game in his first season, especially considering all the Western talent at the convention.
Even though it seems like a stretch, it would be no surprise to see Wambanyama live up to or exceed expectations during the 2023-24 NBA season and become the talk of the league alongside players like Nikola Jokic, Joel Embiid There will be no talk of Giannis Antetokounmpo.
