Jenny Han has done it again. After the success of the To All the Boys movie franchise, Han has another hit with Netflix’s “XO, Kitty.” The show, which is a spinoff of TATB, is the latest teen rom-com that everyone is loving. The series stars Anna Cathcart as Kitty Song Kow, a junior who transfers to a high school in Seoul so that she can finally be with her long-distance boyfriend, Dae (Choi Min-young). . However, things don’t go according to plan when Kitty arrives in Korea and she finds that pursuing love is more difficult than she expected. Since the series ended on a pretty tumultuous note, we’re thrilled that Netflix has already renewed the show for a second season.

The show’s success comes as no surprise considering the TATB franchise was so huge. After all, the film trilogy was inspired by Han’s best-selling book series of the same name. “XO, Kitty” also comes exactly a year after Hahn’s “The Summer I Turned Pretty” series was renewed for a second season on Amazon Prime Video. If you’re super curious about any of Han’s other projects, consider reading some of his books. While TATB and The Summer I Turned Pretty may be her best-known book series, she also has another hit trilogy, Born to Burn, which she co-wrote with “The List” author Siobhan Vivian. She also has a few children’s books that are worth a look. Scroll through the slideshow to see them all.
