The “Talk Dirty” singer then admitted just how much she went through to organize the party. “it was very big. It was probably around $30,000,” Derulo confessed during an Australian radio show. “The theme was ‘Rising 2 soon’, like, using [the number] Two.”

Florida native, who is currently working as a consultant the voice australiaflew to Los Angeles earlier this month for son Jason King’s second birthday.

From the adorable chaos of awesome couplets to the heart-wrenching moments that fill my days, you have stolen my heart in the craziest way,” Derulo shared photos from the party on June 15 via Instagram. “Today, we celebrate your incredible journey in life, filled with adventure and unstoppable growth.”

He said at the time: “May your special day be filled with twice the laughter, twice the happiness and twice the happiness. You are our biggest blessing, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for our little shining star. Happy birthday, Bubba!”

The outdoor party included an inflatable bouncy castle, a ball pit, several craft stations, arcade games, and a magic show. Prior to the tasting guests were also gifted with temporary tattoos featuring Jason King’s face. baby shark-Themed Cake.

Derulo and Froomes, 29, welcomed their son in May 2021. They eventually split after four months but remain committed to co-parenting.

“She is an amazing mother but we feel that this time apart will allow us to be the best versions of ourselves and the best parents we can be,” he wrote in a now-deleted Twitter statement confirming their breakup in September. “Please respect our privacy [at] This time.”

Since Derulo and Froomes co-parent their child, they have enjoyed watching him grow up.
