The Atlanta Hawks have had a very tumultuous 2022-23 NBA season.

At the end of the campaign, he parted ways with Nate McMillan, replaced by Quinn Snyder.

This proved to be a good move for them, as they took the Boston Celtics to six games in the first round of the playoffs.

According to Eric Pincus via NBA Central, Dejaunte Murray could be on the move this offseason.

Murray was traded from the San Antonio Spurs to the Hawks last off-season.

The Hawks finished the season with a 41–41 record, which was enough to clinch the No. 7 seed in the East.

It was a disappointing result for the Hawks considering the moves they made before the start of the season.

Murray averaged 20.5 points, 6.1 assists and 5.3 rebounds in 74 games last season.

The overall performance was down from the previous year with the Spurs posting 21.1 points, 9.2 assists and 8.3 rebounds in 68 games.

Of course, he was in a different position as the team’s leader in San Antonio, but most people expected more of him.

Murray was an All-Star in his last season in San Antonio.

The Hawks could make big changes this summer, and the guard could be better off being one of them.
