The Golden State Warriors pulled off a big win against the Sacramento Kings on Friday night.

With this win, it is almost certain that the Dubs will survive the play-in tournament.

After the game, Klay Thompson had a few words about a possible playoff series with the Kings.

The shooting guard says it will be a ‘special’ duel between his team and the inspired Kings.

Of course, Warriors fans had something to say about this, some agreeing with Klay and others opting for the playoff series.

After a tumultuous season filled with changes and controversies, the Warriors seem to be on the mend.

Steve Kerr has made it clear that they now need to improve as the playoffs draw closer.

They are looking to get at least a top-6 finish this season, with Klay showing flashes of his best season at times.

With one game remaining, the Warriors hold a 43–38 record, which is 5th in the West.

As of now, they will face the Phoenix Suns led by Kevin Durant.

Still, Klay thinks the matchup with the Kings will be special, although it will be a lot easier than going up against Phoenix.

The last day of the regular season will answer all these questions as the Dubs could end up in 6th place.

Thompson has played in 68 games for the Dubs this season, averaging 21.9 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.4 assists.

They are bringing back Andrew Wiggins after a long absence from the team.

Many people think that this move may give him an edge to come out west.

Dubs are still the defending champions and you can never sleep on them.
