Victoria Beckham and her husband, David Beckham, livened up their lives with a karaoke performance of “Say You’ll Be There” by the Spice Girls on July 22 in Miami. On July 23, Victoria shared a video of her and David performing the 90s hit on TikTok. In TikTok, the fashion designer/woman formerly known as Posh Spice dances and sings the iconic song while holding hands with her husband.
“Vocals are heating up in Miami! There’s a lot more to come,” Victoria captioned on TikTok. Meanwhile, she took to her Instagram teasing the full-length video, writing, “Just a casual night out in Miami! Watch my tiktok to see the full performance, no I didn’t really drink that much.” The official Spice Girls account commented on her post with two heart emojis.
It appears that Victoria and David’s throwback Spice Girls sing-along took place shortly after Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami debut (David is the co-owner of Inter Miami). The Beckhams were there to cheer on Macy, along with several of their famous friends including Kim Kardashian and their son Saint West, LeBron James and Marc Anthony. Two of Beckham’s children – Harper and Cruz – also attended the match.
After the match, Victoria shared a post which included candid shots from the afterparty. She captioned the jubilant photos, “Work hard, work hard! WOW!! What a night in Miami partying with friends!!! I love you @davidbeckham x.”
The couple’s big night may have inspired Victoria to indulge in Spice Girls nostalgia, but fans of the band shouldn’t expect to see them on tour anytime soon. In an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” in 2022, she told host Andy Cohen that she was too busy to fit in as Posh Spice again.
Of a possible reunion tour, she said, “I’ve really enjoyed being in the Spice Girls. But I think with what I have now – my fashion and my beauty line, four kids – I can’t commit to that.” He also confirmed that he still likes to sing the band’s songs during karaoke (as shown in the video below). He said, “I really enjoyed being in the Spice Girls. I love girls.” “I really enjoy singing Spice Girls when I’m doing karaoke.”
