Its that time of the year again! Arguably one of the biggest music festivals in the world, Coachella’s 2023 lineup and headliners reveal that it’s always the most anticipated time of year as it kicks off the festival season. Spanning two weekends in April, Coachella draws historic headliners like Harry Styles, Billie Eilish, The Weeknd and Beyoncé. So it’s no wonder people are taking to Reddit threads and Twitter to speculate who will take the main stage.
The festival is run by Goldenvoice, which announced last year’s lineup on social media on January 11, 2022. The most popular festival in the world is packed with artists who cover a range of genres and perform in the desert heat in Indio, California. Acts for 2022 included Megan Thee Stallion, Phoebe Bridgers, JoJo, Lil Baby, Jamie xx and Doja Cat.

Blackpink – Saturday, April 15 and April 22

BLACKPINK will make history as the first K-pop group to headline Coachella, after performing at the festival in 2019. Girl group consisting of Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa and Rose release their second album born pink In 2022 and later went on his world tour to promote it. Her world tour dates are still slated for the spring of 2023, and Coachella crowds will be swinging by to get a taste of Pink Venom.
Frank Ocean – Sunday, April 16

In 2020 the elusive Frank Ocean was confirmed as a headliner for Coachella. However, with the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, the festival was canceled for that year. It’s been a while since Frank Ocean performed his latest album live White In 2016. The Grammy Award winner hasn’t confirmed whether he’ll play the festivities, but all signs point to it. Coachella co-founder Paul Tollett explains Los Angeles Times That he predicted Frank would be the headliner for 2023, and he was absolutely right.
“Right now, it’s the Wild West,” Tollett said last year. “I’m just trying to be as fair as I can to the cast and fans to make sure they finally get to see everybody that we talked about.” Hopefully, like his song “Novacaine,” we’ll get to meet Frank at Coachella this year and maybe even hear some new and long-awaited music.
Frank Ocean canceled his Weekend 2 set at Coachella 2023. Frank Ocean’s representative told Rolling stone A statement said that after suffering a leg injury at the festival during the first week of Coachella, a doctor advised that Ocean would not perform the following week due to two fractures and a sprain in his left leg. “It was chaotic. There is some beauty in chaos. It’s not what I intend to show but I enjoy being out there and I’ll see you soon,” Ocean said in a statement provided by his representative. .
Palak-182 – Sunday, 23 April

Blink-182 will replace Frank Ocean as the main headliner for Coachella Weekend 2, per Variety. The band made a surprise announcement that they would be reuniting with their classic lineup of Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker at the start of Weekend 1. It was the first time in nearly a decade that the lineup played together.
Guitarist and vocalist Tom DeLonge, who left the band in 2015 and later rejoined in 2022, posted a photo of the band performing at the Desert Festival on Instagram. “From break ups, from plane crashes, from cancer… @blink182 is coming back. We have only started insulting. Yes can’t cancel this shiiiiiiitttttt”
When the Coachella festival schedule was announced for April 20, 2023, Four Tet, Skrillex and Fred Again.. were announced to play the 10:25 slot after Blink-182 to close the festival.
Bad Bunny – Friday, April 14 and April 21

Bad Bunny have grabbed the Friday slot as headliners for the festival this year. He released the hottest album of 2022, un verano sin t and a sold-out 65-show stadium tour following its release. The Puerto Rican artist is the first Spanish-speaking headliner in the festival’s history.
However, according to Billboard, the “Titty Me Pregnant” singer will be taking an extended break this year after performing. “I am taking a break. 2023 is for me, for my physical health to breathe, for my emotional health to enjoy my achievements,” he told the publication. “We are going to celebrate . Walk here, walk there, walk on the boat. I have some sporadic commitments, and I’ll go to the studio, but there’s no pressure. Remember yourself, Cabron. You’ve worked your ass off. ,

It was rumored that Rihanna would headline Coachella. According to the Instagram gossip account deuxmoi, She was considering performing at the festival. The “Love on the Brain” singer is performing at the Super Bowl half-time show in February 2023 and could possibly headline Coachella as well. Like Frank, fans have been looking forward to new music and performances from the Fenty Beauty founder. She told the AP, “If I’m going to give up my baby, I’m going to give up my baby for something special.”
If she’s releasing new music after the new baby and Super Bowl news, she was quick to dispel those rumors as well. “It’s not true. The Super Bowl is one thing. New music is another thing. Do you listen to the fans?” she said with a laugh. “The second time I announced it, I said, ‘Oh my God, they’re going to think I have an album coming out. I have to go to work.” She released her first music in 5 years with “Lift Me Up” as the lead single. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Song Music. The single “Umbrella” is the singer’s first solo single since her album Anti was released in 2016.
